As the Founder of Hummingbird Strategies, Hillary partners with organizations to refine market positioning, build scalable business  models, and align operations with long-term financial and strategic goals. With a deep understanding of how capital, influence, and execution function differently across industries, she equips clients with the tools to operate smarter, more sustainably, and with greater resilience in dynamic environments.

Before launching Hummingbird Strategies, Hillary held executive leadership roles in business development, strategy, and operations. She led initiatives that secured contracts valued up to $145M, built a $15M+ sales pipeline in just two years, and drove $9M in new revenue for a high-growth technology firm. She later joined a digital health company, where she played a key role in scaling the organization from a 5-person startup to a 35-person company, supporting its evolution to financial maturity and operational scale.

As a former COO and Director of Business Development, Hillary designed pricing structures and financial models for multi-million-dollar public-private partnerships. She has led organizational restructures, including subsidiary creation and downsizing, and has facilitated mergers and joint ventures with domestic and international partners.

Working across global markets, she has supported initiatives in 45+ countries throughout North America, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Hillary has successfully brokered contracts and partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, global NGOs, government agencies, and major philanthropic institutions—including Amazon, Facebook, WhatsApp, Airtel, the Gates Foundation, the United Nations, the U.S. State Department, USAID, the World Bank, the Clinton Health Access Initiative, and the Rockefeller Foundation.

She has overseen and implemented multi-year corporate strategies for organizations across the technology, digital health, and research sectors.
